The Parish Church of St Hilda (C of E)
Danby

St. Hilda's Church
Approx. 1-2 miles outside the village is the Parish Church of St Hilda which is reputed to have Saxon and Norman parts and was a burial ground in pre-Christian days. I saw a number of legible 18th Century monuments and one dating to 1635.
